Your Stories, Told

Life is a series of stories, but sometimes it's more fun to embellish. That’s where I come in. My name is Charlie Pearson, I am an illustrator and graphic designer based in Calgary, Alberta. I am currently attending my fourth year at Alberta University of the Arts, majoring in character design and illustration. Ever since I could hold a pencil I was creating new worlds in my composition notebook. The excitement and curiosity of creation that found its way on my pages as a kid is still carried with me today. My comfort zone is getting messy, experimenting, reworking and collaging to make the best possible product. My mission is to create bold and exciting illustrations that are just as special and unique as your brand. I take inspiration from the classical illustrators like Rockwell and Leyendecker, while keeping my vision towards the contemporary. Employing a classical yet playful and expressive voice that makes the story of your brand stand out.
